Thank you for shopping at Hope’s Closet! We’re as excited as your pets to get their outfits to you. 
We aim to make your shopping experience with Hope’s Closet as smooth as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location. We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on all orders. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment—orders must be prepaid using the available payment methods at checkout. Currently, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
