Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Hope’s Closet, each product is thoughtfully created to bring style and comfort to your pets. As a small business, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed and shipped. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange or resolution.
Order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the item is shipped — whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please email us at hopescloset.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8125402850 as soon as possible.
